    All items are handmade so we do not allow refunds, but we do allow exchanges for equal value or up.  We also resize rings if necessary.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    All free USA shipping and standard international shipping orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with Tracking and Insurance, tracking will be provided upon completion. 

    please allow 5 - 15 days for international orders

     

  • Resizing Policy

    We highly recommend before placing the order that you get your ring sized accurately by a local jeweler for a wide band, they will do it for free. You could also order a ring sizer off of the internet. We can resize your ring if necessary as well as any local jeweler.

     

    Please note that if you order the wrong size and we have to resize the ring, shipping must be paid both ways as well a $55 resizing fee. It can also take up to a month and a half before you receive the ring back due to shipping and processing times.
